Sport Psychology offers powerful mental skills to help teams and individuals overcome stress and limiting thoughts, and perform to their best. Hong Kong-based Sport Psychologist, Karen Lo, offers 1:1 consultations, on-field support, and workshops to help athletes, students, coaches, parents and corporate professionals put these mental skills to practice. 1. Individual consultations
Personalized programs for ages 8+ to help athletes overcome mental blocks and take their game to the next level. Also available for parents & coaches to support healthy dynamics & team cohesion.
Each consultation is 50 or 90 minutes. Packages and virtual consultations available.

Includes observations, briefings and support during practices and/or competitions. Also available to accompany teams on overseas tournaments.
